This seal is the work of the seal of the Ming Dynasty in the name of the Warring States. The “Lord Huayang” in the seal was originally the prince of the Warring States Period, and two people got the title during the Warring States Period. One is Feng Ting, the vassal of the State of Zhao. Feng Ting was originally the prefect of the Shangdang Party of South Korea. When the Qin State attacked, he returned to Zhao for perfection. At the instigation of Zhao Sheng, the ruler of the plain, King Zhao Huiwen greedily accepted the 17 cities of Shangdang and appointed Feng Ting as the ruler of Huayang. The Qin army worked in vain and attacked Zhao with anger. Zhao suffered great losses, and the allusion of “making profits makes people lose their wits” came out. The other is Mi Rong, the vassal of the State of Qin. Mi Rong, a native of Chu, is recorded in the Records of the Historian · Rang’s Biography: “King Wu of Qin died without a son, and his younger brother was named King Zhao. The mother of King Zhao was named Mi Bazi, and King Zhao ascended the throne, and Mi Bazi was named Empress Dowager Xuan……. The second brother of Empress Dowager Xuan, his stepfather’s eldest brother was called Rang, surnamed Wei, and his surname was Rang; his father’s brother was called Mi Rong, and he was named Emperor Huayang.” In 299 BC, after the Qin captured the new city of the State of Chu, he also named Mi Rong as the ruler of the new city. Mi Rong became a vassal because of his relationship with his relatives.
