[Ming Tuo Ming Yiwang Re-carved Small Lanting]

“Ming Tuo Ming Yiwang Re-carved Small Lanting” volume, brocade package head, external signature: “Lanting Xu small script, Yiwang title, □ □ 13 volumes of the Tibetan version”. The characters and drawings on the ink-paper are brushed with light ink, and the outside is refined with black ink, which is dark and dull. Ink paper is 22.4 cm long and 522 cm horizontal
The four characters of the ink book “The authentic work of Lanting” are introduced. One kind of “Preface to the Orchid Pavilion” is carved in turn, imitating Li Gonglin’s “The Painting of Flowing Wings” and Liu Gongquan’s Orchid Pavilion poem, Sun Chuo’s “Preface to the Orchid Pavilion”, the two passages of the Orchid Pavilion textual criticism and Zhu You’s braised postscript and Zhu Yixuan’s postscript in the thirtieth year of the Wanli period of the Ming Dynasty
In the fifteenth year of Yongle’s reign in the Ming Dynasty (1417), when Zhu Youstew carved a large volume of “The Orchid Pavilion Painting”, he also carved a small volume of “The Orchid Pavilion Painting” into a small volume of “The Orchid Pavilion Painting” with the small script “Preface to Orchid Pavilion” written by Mi Fu. In the thirtieth year of the Wanli reign of the Ming Dynasty, Zhu Yixuan, the king of Ming Yixuan, and his son copied Zhu You’s stewed small volume “The Orchid Pavilion Painting” on the stone again
This volume is the small “Orchid Pavilion Painting” volume of Ming Yiwang. The overall composition and style of the “Orchid Pavilion Flowing Cup Painting” in the volume is basically the same as that of the large volume “Orchid Pavilion Painting”. The characters and scenery are painted in dark and light ink in two colors, with distinct layers, and the three techniques of painting, carving and painting are integrated. It is a rare art treasure. The picture depicts the grand occasion of Wang Xizhi and others traveling together in the Orchid Pavilion at the beginning of the late spring. At the beginning of the picture, on the waterside pavilion, a man sat down and stared at four white geese outside the pavilion; After that, on both sides of the winding stream, forty-two people sat in order, drinking and composing poems; The servants were busy and active; The wine cups floating on the water, passing in front of everyone, stop or flow in an endless stream; There is a stone bridge at the end of the picture. Several servants are retrieving wine cups flowing down the river. Next to the pictures of the forty-two people, their surname and name were all written in regular script; If there are poems, they will also be recorded
