[Shen Can’s Running Script to Xiao’an Poems]

The Book of Songs to Xiao’an Poems, Ming, Shen Can’s script, paper, running script, 24.5 cm in length and 80.3 cm in width
Interpretation:
Duanxi inkstone. Inkstone with engraved gold flower letters bears the official name of time. The Confucian minister of the Heavenly Family favored several new ones and gave Duan Yan to Fengchen. The gold letters and precious flowers are different, and the Kuihan clouds and seals are all precious. Dazzling purple glow reflects the sun, moist and fragrant, and fine mist contains Tianjin. The horse liver and the dragon tail are comparable, and Zhao Bi stretches across the city
Dragon ink. The new dragon fragrance ink is made well, and is awarded to Bei Guanghua for nine times. Tuantuan Xuanyu is really priceless, and the fragrant dark clouds start to blossom. Yongzhen study is a treasure of the world, and it will be written into the royal family. It’s too long to appreciate your kindness
Gold paper. The new paper brocade is given as a bag, and the golden flowers are as bright as clouds. Cuiyun cocoon paper is ice-smooth in spring, and it is powdery and fishy, and snowy and fragrant. The window towards the sky is beautiful, and the iron painting (think the words) is flying. The back cut is a tribute to the Emperor Ming, which is worthy of the second king Xie
Yellow seal pen. The wonderful (character making point to go) pen is yellow, and the five springs are bright. It is specially granted to worship Mingguang. Cangyun still carries the fragrance of Hunan smoke, and the purple fragrance still contains the fragrance of laurel. The newly made brocade bag has thousands of flowers, and it is skillfully decorated with colorful threads and green chapters. I dare not use it often. I left it for the emperor of longevity
Bijia Mountain. Ebony is overseas Ling, and a good worker chases and carves into Danchen. Qiaopai Five Old Bifeng is small, and the low Asia Sanxiang is green and even. Every time he comes from the same place as Tao Hong, he turns to Mao Ying. Since then, the study has increased its price, knowing that it is a gift from the court of heaven
The right inkstone, ink, paper and brush mountain, which is bestowed by Xuande Bingwu, is composed of five chants to express gratitude and praise for virtue
The signature of the seal: “A letter was sent in September of the fifth year of Xuande, and it was sent to the monk Xiao with a smile. Shen can recognize it in the clouds.” The seal: “Shen can enjoy the popularity of the people in the clouds”, “Zuo De is at ease every day”, “Zhong Yi doctor praises Yin Zhizhang”
The book has written five seven-character rhythmic poems, entitled “Duanxi Inkstone”, “Longxiang Ink”, “Jinhua Paper”, “Huangfeng Pen”, and “Bijia Mountain”. From the reading after the poem, we can see that these five precious Qing offerings of the study were given by Zhu Zhanji, Emperor Xuande, in the first year of Xuande (1426). Shen Can wrote poems to express his gratitude and praise for virtue, and recorded the poems in “Xiao’an”. The work was written in the fifth year of Xuande (1430), with beautiful and vigorous strokes, consistent with the elegant style of Shen Can’s cursive script, and integrated with the dignified and mellow style of “Taige style”, with elegant and bright charm.
