[Copper Youlong ear ring foot furnace]
Copper Youlong ear ring foot furnace, bright, 8.6 cm high, 14 cm diameter. The old collection of the Qing Palace
The copper furnace is round and shaped like a Gui. The mouth is flat, the neck is closed, the belly is sagging, and the feet are curled. The double ring ear starts from the neck and ends at the abdomen drum. The outer bottom of the vessel is decorated with embossed double dragons. The two dragons form a circle. The center of the circle is reduced by four characters in regular script: “Inner Temple Suburb Community”
The furnace is regular in shape, smooth in line, and small in size. The flat mouth is thick, and the ears are ancient and clumsy. Although the use marks are obvious, the leather shell is not damaged. There are also similar patterns around the two dragons in the bronze wares in the palace collection of the Qing Dynasty, but the images of dragons are different, and the depictions are different in thickness. The dragon pattern on the outer bottom of this furnace is powerful and powerful. The dragon hair rises from the front of the two corners, and the angry hair rushes to the crown. The dragon mouth is open, the dragon eyebrows are upward, and the neck is thin. Its characteristics are typical of the Ming Dynasty dragon pattern. In 2010, Mr. Geng Baochang identified this furnace as a Ming Dynasty utensil.
