There are overlapping strokes in the printed characters, such as copper casting, handle and button. Zhu Wen, read “Zhu Ji, the 23rd commander of the powerful left, the second capital” from the top right. The back of the seal is engraved with the regular script “Cast in August of the fifth year of the Taiping Xingguo”
“The 23rd” is the command number. The guard of the Northern Song Dynasty is composed of the front of the palace, the guard of the horse army, and the guard of the foot army. It is known as the three Yamen. Each army under the three Yams is divided into the left and right wings as the highest military establishment unit, and then the grass-roots military establishment unit is called “capital”. This seal is the official seal of the grass-roots military organization in the Northern Song Dynasty.
