Longquan Kiln Green Glaze Plastic Paste Double Fish Pattern Wash, height 6 cm, caliber 23.5 cm, foot diameter 13 cm
This opening, folding edge, arc wall, and circle foot. The whole body is painted with blue glaze. Two swimming fish are molded on the inner bottom, and the outer wall is carved with a convex chrysanthemum petal pattern for one week. There are two perforations on both sides of the mouth, corresponding to each other, which can be used to wear metal lifting rings for easy carrying
With green glaze and clear fish patterns, this is a typical work of Longquan Kiln in the Southern Song Dynasty. Similar objects were also found in the sunken ship at the bottom of the sea in Xin’an, South Korea.
