[official kiln pink glazed sunflower flower wash]
official kiln pink glazed sunflower flower wash, 4.8 cm in height, 18.7 cm in diameter and 11.2 cm in foot diameter
It is washed in the shape of eight sunflower flowers, with oblique straight walls, folded bottom and rounded feet. The whole body is painted with powder blue glaze, the glaze is split, and the grain is interwoven like a net. There is no glaze at the bottom of the foot, and the exposed iron is black
Like Ru, Ge and Jun porcelain, the official porcelain of the Song Dynasty paid special attention to the beauty of glaze color. The thick glaze layer is completed by firing the green body first and then applying the glaze several times. The thickness of the glaze layer is often greater than the thickness of the green body. During the firing process, high-quality wood is used as fuel to ensure the temperature and atmosphere in the kiln. The porcelain of the official kiln is mostly plain, with neither exquisite carving nor colorful description. It is mostly decorated with convex and concave straight edges or string patterns, which is quite noble and elegant under the scattered pieces of the glaze
This wash has a beautiful shape, and the glaze layer is as bright as jade. The patterns on the green flowing glaze are crisscross, and small ice cracks flash between the large patterns, forming an elegant and harmonious artistic whole.
