The “cabinet” in the seal is the name of the county. The Book of the Han Dynasty, Geography, downloaded by Langye County, “The cabinet is rooted in Ai River and flows into the sea in the east, and Mang is called Futong”. Qian Daxin was quoted in the Supplementary Notes as saying: “The root should be the cabinet.” The “long” is the county magistrate. “The Book of the Han Dynasty” records that “the county magistrate and governor are all officials of the Qin Dynasty, who are in charge of the county… reduce the number of thousands of households to a long one, ranking from 500 to 300 stones”. This is the official seal of the county in the Western Han Dynasty
