[Jade “longevity” grain wall]

Jade “longevity” grain wall, Han, 13.2 cm high, 10.5 cm wide and 0.5 cm thick. The old collection of the Qing Palace
The jade is bluish white with dark yellow spots. The wall is round, the body is flat, the inner and outer edges are convex, and the patterns on both sides are the same, and both are decorated with granular grain patterns. The upper edge of the wall is decorated with the characters “Yishou” carved in openwork, with a dragon and a dragon carved on both sides. The dragon is in the shape of looking back, with ring points and long horns. The dragon has a broad mouth and long lips, which seems to have evolved from an alligator. The body of the dragon has scales, and its limbs and rear body are like the body of an animal
There is a record of “longevity” Bi entering the palace in the archives of the Qing Dynasty, which is called “arch Bi”.
