The shape of the tripod is a common shape in the early Western Zhou Dynasty. The tripod has a round top ear, a folded edge, a square lip, and the abdominal wall and the round bottom are in harmony with each other. The triangular lines at the bottom are very clear, and the three columns are long. The mouth edge is decorated with an exhibition style feather roof figures face pattern composed of fine thunder patterns. On one side of the inner wall, the inscription “Tiger father B” was cast near the edge of the mouth
“Tiger” is the family name of the owner of the bronze ware, “Father B” is his late father, and is listed on the second day of sacrifice. The nobles of the Western Zhou Dynasty have to sacrifice their ancestors every day, so they have to arrange the order of sacrifice, and sacrifice in order. “Father B” is listed on the second day of the first ten-day sacrifice. The purpose of “Tiger” making this bronze ware is to sacrifice Father B.
