[Yuniu shape [0114]
Yuniu shape [0114], Shang, length 4.8 cm, aperture 0.9 cm
[0114] (Yinle) Jade material is turquoise green, with brown spots in some parts. It is cylindrical, ox shaped, thin at one end, with cow head, thick at the other end, carved with cow tail, and its limbs close under the abdomen. Its cross section is nearly square, there is a through hole between the two ends, and the hole wall has spiral lines. There are a certain number of works with cow as the theme in the Shang Dynasty jade wares, most of which are in the shape of cow head, and the whole body has less three-dimensional shape. This work better shows the full shape of the cow. The artistic technique is simple. The appearance can be divided into four sides: top, bottom, left and right. The middle hole is relatively thick and can be used to connect other utensils with ropes
