Gao Qipei (1672-1723 AD), a native of Liaoyang in the northeast, was named Weizhi, and named Qiyuan. He was subordinate to the Han Army and inlaid with white flags. Working finger painting, claiming that painting is taught from dreams, and dreams become from the heart. All flowers, trees, birds, animals, landscapes and people are exquisite, especially the landscape characters. The ink is deep and vigorous, which is very interesting to Wu Xiaoxian in the Ming Dynasty.
