Lingguan was an ornament on the crown and hat of court officials in the Qing Dynasty. Flat top, straight cylinder shape, the upper part of the body is small and the lower part is large, hollow, bottomless, with feathers inserted in it; The top is provided with a loop tie, so as to match the cap. The pipe body of the Blue Land is decorated with swastika, crocus, cloud patterns and curling grass patterns with golden hooks; And filled with red and blue color materials. The upper and lower edges are decorated with gold edges, and light blue is made inside.
