The gold-plated box is carved and forged to make patterns. The cover is a bat holding peach, which means good luck and longevity. The peach has “Ru” and “Yi” on it. The bat has “Xian”, “Feng”, “Wan” and “Nian” in regular script. The box shape bends to an irregular shape against the cover. The side of the cover has a bead pattern brocade site length and bat pattern. The upper and lower sides are decorated with a chequered border. The box body is plain and has no grain. A wooden base with a yellow satin bag is built in. The center is hollowed out to store an agate monkey.
