  The metal tire round box is divided into two layers, with animal ears and double rings. The box body is laid with blue enamel, and each layer is surrounded by a tangled lotus leaf pattern composed of dark red, yellow, dark blue, white, and gray purple. The round button on the box cover is inlaid with filigree enamel seal character Shou. The cover edge, box body circumference, animal head ring, bottom and three feet are gilded. In the center of the bottom, there is a six character double line intaglio inscription of “Made in the reign of Emperor Kangxi of the Qing Dynasty” in regular script. The body of this box is thick, and its shape combines the toilet box with the copper stove. The silk outline is delicate and soft, and the enamel of dark blue and dark red crocus leaves is bright, like a gem. Only the blue enamel glaze has many trachoma, and other colors also have uneven hair color and a little less smooth, indicating that this work may be a finished product during the period when Kangxi’s imperial palace developed and fired various enamel materials.
