The device is round, and its outer ring is a flame shaped halo to symbolize the loftiness and vastness of Buddhism, with three pine green stone fire bead patterns embedded on it; A turquoise is embedded in the center of the wheel, and a circle of small turquoise and flower patterns are surrounded. There are eight convergence points outside the center of the wheel, radiating outward. Each convergence point is embedded with a turquoise. Lotus patterns are decorated between the convergence points. The lower part of the wheel is supported by rolled leaves and placed on the lotus petal seat.
