In the middle and late Qing Dynasty, more royal aristocratic women wore long fingertips to show the beauty of jade fingers and green onions, and decorated them with various nail covers. The tapered casing made of gold, silver, tortoise shell, etc., is made of fine craftsmanship, elegant and colorful. This tortoise shell nail cover (hence 3630~3631) is inlaid with pink tourmaline sunflower, green jade leaves and green twigs on the gold-plated base; Two groups of ancient coin patterns are carved on the back.
