On one side of the embossed cloth weaving drawing, there is a gold filled clerical pattern of “weaving with oil”, and on the other side, there is a gold filled border of the woven pattern, with a blue painted circle. Inside, there is a gold filled running script of weaving poetry and notes. The poem goes, “The horizontal weft and vertical weft weave the same silk, and the rolling at night stops. Generally, the loom has no pattern, and the large vertebral wheel has been in the style since ancient times.”. “Jiangnan Weaving Slave” is printed in regular script on the ink side. Cotton printing ink is a process map that depicts cotton from cloth seed to cloth weaving.
