Porcelain toothpicks are cylindrical, hollow to hold toothpicks, and the outer wall is decorated with pastel paint patterns. The upper end is a cover with a child mouth, and the top and bottom of the cover are painted with petal patterns. The body is painted with blue flowers, which are twining with branches. A yellow rope is used to cover the bottom of the penetrator, and the knots and silk spikes come out. A red and turquoise colored porcelain bead is strung up and down to fix and adjust the opening and closing of the cover.
