In the Qianlong and Jiaqing periods, snuff bottles were made of the same style, especially porcelain body snuff bottles, or jade snuff bottles. They were made into ten pieces or twenty pieces and packed into a box, and left in the palace for reward. This set of snuff bottles is an example. This box of snuff bottles are all in the shape of eggplant. Although their shapes and sizes are slightly different, their shapes are very similar. The pot is carved with green and white jade, and the eggplant holder is carved with jasper and glued together. With jasper eggplant cap and tooth spoon.
