Disk shaped pendant, the front of the metal substrate is decorated with cut glass inlaid with circular patterns, the back is painted with white ground, red and black thin layer enamel flowers and grass patterns, and the edge is decorated with basket shaped rope patterns. The rectangular octagonal glass trim in the center of the front side and the surrounding three ring bead glass are cut by imitating the drilling surface, and are combined in different forms and multiple faces. Bubbles and impurities can be seen in the glass, and the surface finish of the insert is slightly different. The light reflects and looks like clear water. This piece was left with yellow ink signature in the 13th year of Emperor Yongzheng’s reign (1735), which was recorded as “Western Glass Knot”.
