A pair of gold-plated copper hairpins. The head of the hairpin is inlaid with the head held high and the tongue uttered. The body is arched and crouched, and the dragon shaped decoration is intended to fly. The body and wings of the dragon are inlaid with transparent, red and green cut glass, which reflects the luster of the gilded carcass. With the shape and weight of flying snake, it may be a device accessory of another Western display or different functional objects.
