- Description:
A glass bottle with a sharp bottom, a wide neck, an inclined shoulder, and a round belly. The lower part of the abdomen is tapered, with a flat round lid. The overall shape is similar to the grasshopper bottle. The flat round amber glass cover is attached, and the molded gourd cricket jar is taken as the shape. The picture scroll of Ding Guanpeng’s “Taiping Spring City” collected in the courtyard depicts the children playing in the New Year Fair in Beijing. It can be seen that the mouth is thick and the belly is bulging with a small bottle with a lid, which may belong to the type of cricket jar container.
