The white glittering jade is warm and moist. As the relief god beast was designed to imitate the Han Dynasty, a number of maroon jade skins were deliberately left to create an ancient artistic conception. This jade seal is exclusive to Qianlong, so the shape and pattern should reflect the emperor’s subjective will. The seal characters “Qianlong”, in which “Qian” is a male character, which is designed in a circular print and is protected by a simplified and abstract male dragon pattern; “Long” is in Yin script, placed in the middle of the square printing surface, and a pair of dragon patterns in Yin script are symmetrically surrounded on both sides. The “Qian” trigram is a three yang trigram, which means heaven, and the “Kun” trigram is a three yin trigram, which means the earth. The yang and yin inscriptions on the upper circle and the lower circle imply that the heaven is round and the place is round, the Qian father and the Kun mother are harmonious, and the yang and yin are harmonious; And between heaven and earth, there is a king named Qianlong, who symbolizes the three talents of heaven, earth and man: “The way to establish heaven is called yin and yang, the way to establish earth is called soft and hard, and the way to establish man is called benevolence and righteousness, which are both three talents.” say
