Shen Quan (1624-1684 AD), a native of Huating, Jiangsu (today’s Shanghai), was named Zhenrui. He was also called Yitang, Chongzhai, Shunzhi Jinshi, an official of the Ministry of Rites. He was good at poetry and calligraphy, and learned and practiced well.
