The abdominal wall is decorated with tangled branches, lotus patterns, colorful flowers and leaf patterns, and green chime shaped patterns. The edge of the chime has prominent ridges. The belly bottom is decorated with a pattern of lotus petals. The foot margin is unglazed and the body is exposed. The outer bottom is glazed and the blue and white seal script is “made in the year of Qianlong of the Qing Dynasty”. Red string lines are painted around the top of the cap, and broken branches, flowers and curly leaves are painted inside. There is a red and blue string pattern on the upper and lower sides of the cover, with branches and flowers painted in the middle. According to the current archaeological data, the combination of underglaze blue and white and overglaze color can be traced back to the Xuande period of the Ming Dynasty, while the burning was in the Chenghua period of the Ming Dynasty. “Doucai” is first fired into underglaze blue and white, then painted with various color materials on the glaze, and then fired at low temperature for the second time in the kiln.
