The whole device is made of a whole piece of jasper. The printing surface is square. The double dragon buttons are yellow sash. The buttons are like two dragons lying on their backs. The printing surface is carved with three lines of six character seal script: “Treasure of the Ancient Emperor”. The seal is surrounded by a wide edge. The four sides are engraved with the full text of the ancient legend in gold script. The style is “Qianlong Gengzi Imperial Brush”, and the seal is “Ancient Fragrance” and “Tai Pu”. The Gengzi of Qianlong was the forty fifth year of Qianlong (1780), when Emperor Gaozong was seventy years old.
