Low mouth, shallow wall, short circle foot. Thin body white glaze, a pair of blue and white phoenix are painted on the center and outer wall of the plate, clouds are decorated on the gap, and seven green lines are decorated inside and outside. The inner wall is pure white without ornamentation. There are six seal characters in the blue and white script “made in Jiaqing of the Qing Dynasty” on the bottom.
