This lacquered box is in the thick pear land. Gao Shih’s painting technique is to paint pine and bamboo, with the theme of tortoise and crane. There are continuous patterns on all sides. The box cover is also pine, bamboo, tortoise and crane. There is a lacquered plate inside, and a drawer is opened below. This kind of lacquered box was originally used for carrying stationery. Technically, it combines silver powder, gold foil, gold painting and gold cutting to show its luxurious and gorgeous beauty.
