The rectangular vermilion ink has edges on its frame. The edges and sides of the ink are uniformly patterned with dragon patterns. The whole ink is like an inkstone. On one side, two dragons play in the sea waves, and the dragon body washes gold. On one side, the poems and essays made by the Emperor Qianlong were stenciled, outlining the origin of this ink form, which was imitated by Liu Yuan. On the other side of the ink edge, there were gold regular script letters filled with “Qianlong year system of the Qing Dynasty” and “Suichu hall ink collection”.
