The overprint of “Treasure Chapter Collection of Joys” (hence Miscellaneous 441~465) was made on the third day of the reign of Emperor Qianlong (the sixty first year of Qianlong, that is, the first year of Jiaqing). Dong Gao (1740-1818), the minister of the Ministry of Public Affairs, collected the words “joy” in the imperial poetry collections of Emperor Qianlong, and made them into stone seal seals with twenty-four directions, attached with a book of printed manuscripts, and stored them in a paint box. The seal is written in seven words with the character “Xi”. The seal sheet is in seven sections. The inside is painted with curly leaf pattern lace. It is decorated with vermilion bat and regimental longevity patterns. The first section is written in official script by Dong Hao with the title “Treasure Zhang Ji Xi”, and regular script with the title “Emperor Qianlong Congji Jiaping Yue Ji Ji Ji Ji Ji Ji Ji Ji Ji Ji Ji Ji Ji Ji Ji Ji Ji Ji Ji Ji Ji Ji Ji Ji Ji Ji Ji Ji Ji Ji Ji Ji Ji Ji Ji Ji Ji Ji Ji Ji Ji Ji Ji Ji Ji Ji Ji Ji Ji Ji. The rest are six pieces, each of which is to be printed and written. The front and back secondary leaf seals have the “Treasure of the Supreme Emperor” and “Treasure of the Emperor Jiaqing”, and set the letter of happiness as the seal to celebrate the successful meditation, with a strong sense of inheritance.
