Purple oval inkstone with a thick round ink hall. The back edge of the inkstone is wide, and the central concave is engraved with a regular script inscription: “Out of heaven, better than jade, carved for research, pure and refined, with a few literary features, and repeatedly saved.” Style: “Emperor Qianlong’s Imperial Inscription”, seal: “A few moments of pleasure”. The light yellow square inkstone box is skillfully carved with fish and algae.
