A rectangular purple inkstone, with a round ink hall in the center and a long octagonal inkstone pool, is all plain without lines. In the middle of the back of the inkstone, there is an inscription in block script, “Out of the Heavenly Han Dynasty, better than jade, carved for research, pure and refined, and ordered several literary works to be saved repeatedly. Emperor Qianlong’s inscription.” And the seal “For Yongbao” shall be affixed. There are yellow inlaid green pine stone rose inkstone boxes.
