There are white spots in some parts of the jade, and flaky ochre spots along the mouth. The whole vessel is flat and square, in the shape of a three section goblet, with a rhomboid mouth, square and bulging belly, and a round foot. The soles and circular feet are in the shape of diamond flower petals, and the abdomen is embossed with long tailed birds and dragon beasts.
