  • Function: Container
  • Material: Minerals/Ceramics/
  • Description:
Pan mouth, long neck, folding shoulder, and several strings are decorated under the glaze. Short and straight abdomen, flat bottom, high and slightly outwards. The whole cover is made of official green porcelain glaze, with dark brown patterns on the glaze surface. The sole edge of the foot is painted with brown body protecting glaze, and the bottom is made of three lines of seal characters in blue script, “made in the reign of Emperor Yongzheng of the Qing Dynasty”. This kind of shape is rarely seen in Yongzheng official kilns. Because of its sharp lines, it is speculated that it may be based on the imitation of metal ware.
