Chen Shu (1660-1736 AD), named Nanlou, a disciple of Shangyuan, and Shi Qian Lunguang, was a famous calligraphy and painting tutor and spiritual leader of the Qian family in Jiaxing, Zhejiang Province from the late Ming Dynasty to the mid Qing Dynasty. He was also the enlightener of Qian Weicheng and a versatile painter who was good at figures, flowers, birds and landscapes.
