This three-layer rosewood case with cover is the outer case of the “Jidao Liuhui” copper case. The cover is carved with ancient patterns. The upper layer is a shallow plate for placing “Jidao Liuhui” atlas depicting bronze ware. Each of the lower two layers is divided into five grids for holding bronze vessels. The bottom of each cell is provided with a foot groove corresponding to the wooden base of the copper ware to ensure the stability of the objects. The original base and handle have been lost.
