Dong Bangda (1699-1769 AD), a native of Fuyang, Zhejiang Province, was named Dongshan after the word Cunfu. During the reign of Emperor Qianlong, a scholar of the Yongzheng Guichou was appointed to the imperial court by virtue of his erudition and excellence. He compiled books on Shiqu’s treasure collection, and later became an official in the Ministry of Rites. I like painting landscapes, and I like the strokes of the Yuan people.
