The open jar has a wide upper part and a lower part. It is slightly outside near the bottom. It has a flat bottom and a shallow concave, with a jewel shaped cover. The whole vessel is plain. The outer wall of the vessel and the outer wall of the lid are covered with yellow glaze. The inner color of the vessel is white, and the bottom is exposed.
