It was popular in the Ming and Qing Dynasties and was often paired with the flag head in the Qing Dynasty. This piece takes flowers and butterflies as the main body. The silk is woven into the base of the hairpin head. The butterfly shaped metal sheet is added on the base and formed through the connection of the metal wire. The butterfly can vibrate slightly. The blue butterfly is decorated with white and dark green, which is very simple and elegant.
