White glass flat pot type snuff bottle, with light green edges on both sides of the belly, is decorated with crabapple flowers. Chrysanthemum, peony, okra and begonia are luxuriant, and the golden ground twines with peonies on both sides. The color applied at the light opening is thin, the hair color is clear, and the decorative patterns on both sides are slightly thick, with golden red color. The sole of the foot is engraved with “made in the year of Qianlong” seal script. According to the Work File of the Palace Building Office of the Qing Dynasty, in the fourth year of the reign of Emperor Qianlong (1739), the Enamel Works of the Building Office of the Qing Dynasty was handed in to show a number of glass bodied enamel snuff bottles, including the stay in white glass painting Jindi Xinglin Chunyan snuff bottles, the painting Jindi Sanqiu snuff bottles, and the painting Jindi Peony flower snuff bottles. Among them, the Xinglin Chunyan snuff bottle and the Sanqiu snuff bottle were ordered to be engraved. This golden autumn garden flower snuff bottle and the golden autumn garden flower and bird snuff bottle (hence porcelain 17634) in the hospital may be the objects recorded in the archives.
