It has narrow lips, curved shallow walls, and short legs. The carcass is slightly thick, the outer wall is painted with yellow enamel as the base, and the front and back sides are painted with two intertwined peonies. The bowl is white without lines, with white edges on the mouth and feet. “Made by Emperor Kangxi” four character blue Song typeface with double boxes. The pattern of twining branches and peonies is often seen on the porcelain since the Ming Dynasty. However, the elongated petals, the thin lines and dots clearly visible on the petals to express the texture, or the white powder painted around the petals all show different painting methods from the traditional ones; Compared with the enamel ware of western painting, it is found that white powder is used to distinguish between dark and clear, so it can be used to explain the painting method similar to this work, or it is an example derived from western products in the process of developing the enamel craft of local painting in the Qing Dynasty.
