White jade. The cross section of the utensil is oval, with half moon shaped ears on both long sides. Double earrings are decorated with animal face and leaf patterns, and the grain patterns carved with thin lines fill the ground. The outer wall of the vessel is decorated with round vortex patterns and wide and short banana leaf patterns. The form of round whirlpool pattern is imitated from the Neolithic Age to the Xia Dynasty. The single line seal script “made in the year of Qianlong” is carved in the bottom.
