- Description:
“Jiqiongzao” is a multi treasure box. All the cultural relics in the box are first put into two wooden boxes, and then separately put into a double-layer Japanese paint box. Finally, the whole paint box is put into a square wooden box, so that the assembly can be completed completely. The most special design of the whole “Jiqiongzao” Duobao lattice is not the outer wooden box decorated with animal bones and mother of pearl inlaid. The intertwined flowers inlaid with animal bones are closely distributed on each side of the wooden surface. In the center of the box cover, the long strip of “Qiongzao Qianlong Xinyou New Year Collection” inlaid with mother of pearl clearly shows the name of the whole box and the time of assembly. The small volume of the packing list “Jiqiongzao” records the cultural relics and the number of pieces collected by the “Jiqiongzao” Duobao, as well as the location of the cultural relics in the box. Therefore, we can go back to the appearance of the newly assembled Duobaoge.
