- Category: Enamel wares
- Function: Container

- Description:
The flat round body of the pot is decorated with white plum blossoms on the black ground. On the black glazed ground, plum branches and leaves are twisted, and plum blossoms are scattered, showing a rather decorative picture design. With a gold-plated flower cover, matching with an ivory spoon, there is a white ground blue book “made in Yongzheng” in Song typeface. The Qing Palace’s Work Record records that in the 12th year of Emperor Yongzheng’s reign (1734), the enamel work was made into “ten pairs of white plum enamel snuff bottles on black and red ground”, and this work should be one of them.
