- Description:
Round mouth, short straight neck, sloping shoulders, large abdomen and flat top cover. The upper and lower part of the lid, the mouth and the bottom of the body are each inlaid with a circle of copper clasps. The printing money on the bottom reveals the casting time. On the bottom is a four character blue material made in the year of Qianlong, with double circles. On the outside, a circle of blue ground intertwining flowers is painted on the shoulder and near the bottom of the abdomen, and the rest are decorated with white color patterns such as round butterflies, bees and chrysanthemums. This work is imitated from the work of the Yongzheng Dynasty, and the overall shape and decoration reveal the similarity to the Ming Chenghua’s “painted pot with round flowers, chrysanthemums and butterflies”.
