Black ink, four petal flowers are nearly rectangular, and the border is angled. There are sixteen similar inks (421-436 in Chinese), that is, sixteen Arhat sets of inks. This set of inks collected by the hospital are all complete and stored in wooden boxes. Since there are theories of the Sixteen Arhats and the Eighteen Arhats respectively in history, Emperor Gaozong of the Qing Dynasty used this to consult Zhang Jiaguo, and thus determined the names and orders of the Sixteen Arhats. The image order and names of the ink paintings were changed according to Emperor Gaozong’s understanding of the Sixteen Arhats.
