  Mouth slightly skimmed, straight arc wall, short circle foot. The white glaze inside the vessel has no lines, and the outer wall is painted with three folded western crocuses, and the gaps are filled with red. The ground is white and transparent, and there are fine lines on the colored glaze. On the white ground, the blue and white book “Made by Emperor Yongzheng” is in four character and two line regular script, with two side frames. The registered name of this tea bowl in the Archives of Enamel, Glass, Yixing, and Magnetic Tyre Display is “One piece of a pair of tea bowls with enamel five color western crocus and red earth made in Yongzheng’s year has defects”. According to the diary file of the Qing Palace Manufacturing Office “Box Mounting”, since September of the third year of the reign of Emperor Qianlong, this batch of enamel ware with magnetic embryo painting has been successively prepared into a nanmu box. (Note 1) Two to five pieces contain a wooden box. The box is pasted inside, and the name of the color is engraved on the box cover. This piece still has a log box with a pair of internal memory, that is, as listed in the display file, one is complete and the other is defective. This kind of colored porcelain is generally made with overglaze four character materials
