The green and white jade hairpin is made into a rectangle with two strands juxtaposed, and the end is pointed. The hairpin head is carved with rectangular openwork as a seat. The inside front of the openwork is carved with a deformed Tuanshou character. It is lined with several light relief ganoderma lucidum, which is wrapped in layers. It has the auspicious meaning of “longevity”. The strands are decorated with hollowed out diamond lattice beads. The jade is blue and white with black and brown spots in the middle. The hairpin has light brown jade skin on its face and has strands.
