The top box has a circle of feet. The cover wall and the wall are decorated with patterns of eight auspicious and seven political treasures, such as flowers, silk, and turquoise inlay, and the edge decoration is carved with an embossed pattern. The top of the lid is in the form of a terrace, inlaid with extremely fine and dense turquoise stones. If necessary, the landscape is very beautiful. The turquoise stones are different in texture, color, and inlay workmanship from the body. It may have been originally part of a Buddhist pot or mandala made in Tibet. The Qing Palace was refitted on the lid of this box. The bottom is engraved with “made in the reign of Emperor Qianlong of the Qing Dynasty” in six words and three lines. The leather box is attached, with four characters: “gold inlaid turquoise box”.
